Términos del Evento

A qué aplican estos términos

Expo Compositores Foundation, organización sin fines de lucro 501(c)(3) (EIN 85-3152579), organiza actividades en El Hogar del Compositor, 6730 Florence Ave, Bell Gardens, CA, y eventos en otras sedes. Estos términos aplican a toda reservación, registro o compra de boletos hecha en este sitio. La inauguración del 23 de julio de 2026 ya se realizó; los términos vigentes son los de esta página.

Registro y actividades sin costo

Usted se compromete a proporcionar información veraz. Registrarse no garantiza el ingreso si el cupo se completa; el acceso queda sujeto a la lista y a la verificación en la puerta. Los organizadores pueden modificar la fecha, el programa o la sede, y admitir o retirar el acceso a su discreción razonable.

Boletos de eventos con costo

Algunos eventos, como Expo Latin Bohemia del viernes 25 de septiembre de 2026 en el Sheraton Cerritos Hotel, requieren la compra de un boleto. El pago se procesa en PayPal. Su lugar queda apartado al reservar y se confirma cuando recibimos el pago. Los precios y el número de lugares se indican en la página del evento al momento de comprar.

Cambios, reembolsos y cancelaciones

• Todas las ventas son finales. No hacemos reembolsos por inasistencia, cambio de planes ni llegada tarde.
• Su boleto sí es transferible. Otra persona puede usar su lugar. Avísenos al (323) 990-8489 antes del evento para cambiar el nombre en la lista.
• Si la Fundación cancela el evento, usted elige entre el reembolso del precio del boleto o el traslado del lugar a la nueva fecha. Si el evento se reprograma, su boleto es válido para la nueva fecha y puede pedir el reembolso dentro de los 14 días siguientes al aviso.
• El cartel está sujeto a confirmación y puede cambiar. Los artistas anunciados son la intención de la Fundación, no una garantía. Un cambio de artista, de orden de presentación o del programa de la noche no da lugar a reembolso.

Deducibilidad fiscal

Un boleto compra el acceso, los alimentos y las actividades de la noche. Ninguna parte del precio del boleto es deducible como donativo caritativo. Los donativos hechos por separado, sin recibir bienes ni servicios a cambio, sí son deducibles en la medida que la ley lo permita.

Imagen y grabación

El evento puede ser fotografiado y grabado. Al asistir, usted acepta que su imagen pueda aparecer en materiales de cobertura y promoción de Expo Compositores Foundation.

Responsabilidad

Usted asiste de forma voluntaria. En la medida que lo permita la ley, los organizadores no son responsables por pérdidas o daños personales durante el evento. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de California. Dudas: [email protected] o (323) 990-8489.

Event Terms

What these terms cover

Expo Compositores Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 85-3152579), runs activities at El Hogar del Compositor, 6730 Florence Ave, Bell Gardens, CA, and events at other venues. These terms apply to every reservation, registration, or ticket purchase made on this site. The July 23, 2026 inauguration has already taken place; the terms on this page are the ones in force.

Registration and free activities

You agree to provide accurate information. Registering does not guarantee entry if capacity is reached; access is subject to the list and to verification at the door. The organizers may change the date, program, or venue, and may grant or withdraw access at their reasonable discretion.

Ticketed events

Some events, such as Expo Latin Bohemia on Friday, September 25, 2026 at the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel, require a ticket. Payment is processed by PayPal. Your place is held when you reserve and is confirmed once we receive payment. Prices and seat counts are those shown on the event page at the time of purchase.

Changes, refunds, and cancellations

• All sales are final. We do not refund for non-attendance, a change of plans, or late arrival.
• Your ticket is transferable. Someone else may use your place. Call us at (323) 990-8489 before the event to change the name on the list.
• If the Foundation cancels the event, you choose between a refund of the ticket price or moving your place to the new date. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date and you may request a refund within 14 days of the notice.
• The line-up is subject to confirmation and may change. Announced artists are the Foundation's intent, not a guarantee. A change of artist, running order, or program is not grounds for a refund.

Tax deductibility

A ticket buys admission, food, and the activities of the evening. No portion of the ticket price is deductible as a charitable contribution. Donations made separately, with no goods or services received in return, are deductible to the extent the law allows.

Image, recording, and liability

The event may be photographed and recorded, and by attending you agree your image may appear in coverage and promotional materials. You attend voluntarily; to the extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for personal loss or injury during the event. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
